Guest Conduct & Respect Policy
Serenity Spa Cottage is a professional, peaceful, and respectful environment. We ask every guest to treat Crystal and all spa professionals with courtesy and respect.
Disrespectful, inappropriate, threatening, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated. This includes inappropriate comments, unwanted physical contact, sexual behavior or advances, aggressive conduct, or any behavior that makes Crystal or another guest feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
If inappropriate or unacceptable behavior occurs, the service will end immediately and the guest will be asked to leave the premises. If necessary, the guest may be escorted from the property. The guest will remain responsible for payment for the portion of the service completed, along with any applicable fees.
Serenity Spa Cottage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time when a guest’s behavior violates this policy.
